Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use globalvaults.org or buy from us. GlobalVaults is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Our products
We sell digital educational products, including:
- Pathways to Canada: The Complete Immigration Guide, a downloadable PDF
- IELTS Masterclass, an online IELTS practice platform you open in your web browser
No physical items are shipped.
2. Accounts
You need an account to buy from us. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@globalvaults.org if you think someone else has used it.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency you select on the website. Payment is taken in full when you place your order and is processed securely by WooPayments (Stripe). Your bank may charge currency conversion or international fees; these are outside our control. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already paid.
4. Delivery and access
- PDF guides are available to download immediately after payment, from your order confirmation email and from My Account → Downloads.
- IELTS Masterclass: log in with the account you used to buy it, then open the members page. Access is for the buyer’s personal use and continues while we offer the product. If we ever stop offering it, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email.
If you cannot access something you paid for, contact us and we will fix it.
5. Licence and permitted use
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study. You may not:
- share, resell, upload or distribute our files or your login
- copy our content into other products, courses or websites
- remove our name, logo or copyright notices
We may suspend access if we find a product or account being shared.
6. Educational purpose only
Our products are for general education only. They are not legal or immigration advice, and they do not assess your personal situation.
- GlobalVaults is not a licensed immigration consultant (RCIC) or lawyer, and is not affiliated with the Government of Canada or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
- Immigration rules change often. Always check current requirements on the official IRCC website, canada.ca, or consult a licensed immigration consultant or lawyer before you apply.
- GlobalVaults is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by IELTS, the British Council, IDP or Cambridge University Press & Assessment. Our practice questions are original material, not real past exams.
- Band scores shown in the IELTS Masterclass are practice estimates, not official IELTS results. We do not guarantee any test score, visa, permit or immigration outcome.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Our content
All content on globalvaults.org and in our products, including text, questions, designs and logos, belongs to GlobalVaults and is protected by copyright.
9. Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep our products accurate and available, but we cannot promise they will be error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on our products, or for indirect losses, such as application fees, test fees or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
